We begin with a 90-minute detailed assessment to understand your history, challenges, and goals.

Based on your needs, we create a tailored intensive experience that combines trauma-focused therapies, mindfulness, and practical tools for managing your symptoms.

Immersive Sessions
Over the course of a half-day or several intensive sessions, you’ll engage in focused therapeutic work that can accelerate healing, fosters self-awareness, and provides relief from deep-seated emotional pain.

Ongoing Support
After your intensive, you’ll receive a written summary of your session for you to review and keep as well as follow-up support to ensure lasting change and help you integrate your new insights into everyday life.
